Delivery

 

What are the shipping charges?

 

Art prints will mailed in a padded envelope by the USPS including handling and insurance at the following rates::

    ● Regular mail: $10.60

    ● One-day: $31.20

    ● Handling and insurance costs: $4.00

Original Art will be mailed by USPS including handling and insurance at the following rates::

   ● Regular mail: $18.60

   ● Priority mail: $23.10

   ● One-day: $71.60

   ● Handling and insurance cost: $10.00

When will I get my order?

 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 3-4 business days. We are currently shipping only to addresses in the continental USA. 

 

When will I get my order?

While it's sometimes difficult to predict the shipping times, you can track your art product by the tracking number provided to you by us The Seller, The Carlisle Gallery, LLC. The following is a shipping guide for reference.

Shipments from US to US addresses

Art Prints                  6-11 business days

Fine Art                   6-12 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

 

You can expect your order to be shipped from our location in Connecticut, USA.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

 

We are currently only shipping to addresses in the continental USA.


 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

 

   ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

   ● Ask your local post office if they have your package

   ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your

neighbor’s, get in touch with us at thecarlislegalleryct@gmail.com with your order number.

 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Be aware that The Carlisle Gallery is not responsible for mistakes in your delivery address.

 

Orders

 

How are your products made?

 

All original fine art is made on quality stretched canvas and finished with a varnish to preserve the painting for years, Paintings showcased in this online gallery are made by the artist, Phyllis Carlisle, the owner of The Carlisle Gallery, LLC. 

 

Art prints are printed on high quality, archival paper by a third party printer. Depending on inventory in the artist's studio, art prints may be sent to you directly from the third party or sent to you by The Carlisle Gallery, LLC.

 

How do I track my order?

 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, go to www.thecarlislegallery.com and send us a message or email us at thecarlislegalleryct@gmailcom. You can also track shipment through the carrier's website. If contacting us, please be sure to include your tracking number or order number and any other details to help us find your shipment.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

 

We’re so sorry if the art product you ordered arrived damaged. We take great care to ensure your art product arrives in perfect condition. If an unfortunate damage should occur, please email us at thecarlislegalleryct@gmail.com within one weeks' time with photos of the damaged package or product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. If damage occurred by other factors other than by carrier, The Carlisle Gallery, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage.

 

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

 

Keep in mind, that fine art is a one-of-a-kind piece which cannot be reproduced precisely other than as a print. If your original art is damaged beyond repair during shipping, you will be offered a print of the same art piece at a reduced price, and refunded 80% of the purchase price including shipping and handling of the damaged product. The Carlisle Gallery, LLC reserves the right to keep 20% of the purchase price including shipping and handling to cover losses on our end.

 

Returns

 

What’s your return policy?

 

We do not offer returns and/or exchanges under any circumstance. All sales are final.

 

Do you offer refunds?

 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive a damaged art product or wrong art product sent to you in error by The Carlisle Gallery, LLC. While we make every effort to send you the correct product, mistakes happen. If any of

these apply, please email us at thecarlislegalleryct@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged

items and we’ll sort that out for you. Please be sure to include as many details as you can in your message.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would be best, please measure your wall space prior to purchase. Also, check to make sure you have the right color in mind before purchasing. Colors in paintings may render differently in electronic devises. If you are uncertain about color or size, please contact us at thecarlislegalleryct@gmail.com.

 

Return Policy 

 

We do not offer returns and/or exchanges under any circumstance. All sales are final.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective packages must be submitted within one week after the art product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at the expense of The Seller.

The return address is set by The Seller, The Carlisle Gallery, LLC. When we receive a returned shipment for whatever reason, be it unclaimed, or undamaged, returns may be resold and no refunds will be made.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us at The Carlisle Gallery, LLC. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us at The Carlisle Gallery, LLC and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Returned by Customer - Customers must contact The Carlisle Gallery, LLC before returning any art products. Returns for art products will be at the expense and discretion of The Buyer. No refunds or exchanges will be made. All sales are final. 

The withdrawal of a purchase request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion as The Buyer. Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

   1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

  therefore The Carlisle Gallery, LLC and our third party printer reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
